Warli art is an art form that celebrates life in its rawest state. It is the commemoration of activities that are done socially or even by families in a household. The purity lies in the simplicity and the idea behind the art which is to portray social life sans the myths or any sort of religious depictions.
Warli art is the creation of women capturing their interpretations, life experiences, and their attempt to record their social life.
This work of art depicts merrymaking through dancing, blowing trumpets, singing, and other means to entertain. Warli art depicts joyfulness, which is what we have attempted to showcase with our visualization and understanding of the art form.
The art has been preserved in epoxy resin, buffed for a glossy sheen and the topmost layer has been coated with oil for protection against dents and scratches.
