Aboriginal Resin Art Women artists of the Aboriginal tribe have captured the leaves of the Kurrajong trees in many of their paintings.  The leaves of the tree have also been used by the tribal women to use as traditional bush medicines for ailments like common cold, cough, fever, pains, headaches, wounds, and also stings. The knowledge and usage of Australian bush medicine have been passed down through generations.

The significance of bush medicines is what essentially inspired the usage of bush medicine leaves style.

Admirers of the medicine find the patterns created with its leaves fairly mesmerizing. These paintings do not appear as still but as moving objects depicting fluidity and spontaneity. This form of art appears as flowing which is the exact essence we have tried to capture in our river table.
